The Developer should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Tomcat, JBOSS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, XML, Web Services, Struts 1.2, Spring Framework
  • Exposure to refactoring and re-engineering of large enterprise applications and good understanding of functional aspects.

 : Senior PostgreSQL Database Administrator (minimum of 4 years’ to 9 years’ experience )
Education Qualification: B.Tech /B.E/M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. Computer Science
Job Description:
  • Experience of managing multiple RDBMS on large size database system.
  • Manage All Version & Edition of PostgreSQL & oracle Databases.
  • Experience of writing SQL, PL/ SQL, Procedure, Function, Packages
  • Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service
  • Manage Database in different environments like Linux, Unix & Windows
  • Experience of managing advance database solution like High availability/ disaster recovery product, database replication solutions
  • Proactive monitoring and managing of production DB issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design databases to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability
  • Develop/ Enhance database models for applications, metadata tables, views or related database structures
  • Plan effective Database capacity and architecture for the product installation at any type of environment whether it is standalone or real time cluster
  • Effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to database for any OLTP based product
  • Develop/ Enhance PL/ SQL procedures, optimized procedural codes, or optimized queries for applications
  • Ability to Develop database architectural strategies at the modeling, design and implementation stages to address business or industry requirements
  • Ability to review product database normalization aspects and suggest better design to project engineering team/ product management team/ Product road map team (e.g. process change, training & development, work assignments)
  • Identify new tools for improving Product DB support.
  • Propose product / solution design changes to facilitate high-quality DBA support (e.g. efficient table design, faster, simpler installation, remote monitoring & early warning, rich logs for fault identification) Develop and propose long-term DB strategies after studying current deployment characteristics and customer problems.
  • Ability to Modify/ suggest configuration change of hardware, OS and application to fix problems
  • Assure compliance to company quality systems and participate in internal and external audits.
